I agree with you about the words and not being able to understand a few. Also you spelled illustration wrong.

This book you have to really look at the pictures to help you under stand the story the book also had some very discriptive language
the book you have to really pay attention to the pictures to get it and also the descriptive words thats the clue about the picture it has some ryhmes to. I liked the color texture of the book it was really colorful
I agree with what you said about how colourful the book is. What was your favourite illustration in the book?
I liked the book and I enjoyed reading the book because I like to read picture books. They were really unique illustrations and there were some good descriptive sentences.
I thought the illustrations were really unique too. Which descriptive sentence was your Favorite?
I can't remember the exact sentence, but I liked the part where it said that the fog was as thick as stew. It was my favourite because it put a picture in my head and I thought of how you can't see to the bottom of a pot of stew.
At first, I thought it was a simple picture book. I learned that the pictures are very descriptive and you have to look at them a few times to really understand the message that it's showing. I look forward to learning more about this book!
I agree cookie monster I first thought it was a simple picture book until I started reading.
@cookie monster @topper0207
What made you think that it was a simple picture?
My first thoughts about the book were curiosity and excitement. It had lots of rhymes and colorful pictures. Also the descriptive words made you think. Cant wait to keep reading the circus ship.
I agree with Cookie Monster and Topper0207,I first thought it was a simple picture book until I started reading. Some of the words I didn't understand, but some of my group members did, so I asked them for the definition. I like the wordplay in the book, and how it rhymed.
My first thoughts on the book were bright colours, and the book was very descriptive and had onomatopoeia in it. The whole book was exciting and I think there wasn't ever really a dull moment in the book.
Do you have any connections to the book?
Why did you choose this book?
What reading comprehensions did You use?
When I first looked at the book it reminded me of when I was little and how I used to love to watch and read books about circus's and all the crazy cool acts. I think that the big idea to the story was to give everybody a chance no matter how big, scary, or hairy that person or animal can be. I enjoyed reading the book because it was very exciting and I though that the pictures were very well done.
When I first looked at the book I thought it would be fun to read. I really enjoyed the book and it was really good. I think that the big idea is to always be nice to animals even if they are big and scary. Like how the villagers were to the animals. I also think that the big idea could be that you should always care about animals and not just yourself.
Honestly I did not know it was a poem at first then I relized it, I thought it was an interesting book with words that made me picture thing in my head I also re-read a lot because some of the pages words didnt make sence to me.
When I first started to read this book I notice it was a rhyming book and I thought to myself I couldn't see this book be rhyming. I was surprised
When I first started to read the book I notice is something different it was a rhyming book. When you first see the book you would never think it would be a rhyming book but it is I think they could havre done better if it was not a rhyming book but that is my opinion and we. Have all different opinion
The big idea was don't judge a book by its cover when I say that I mean the thought the tiger was scary but he saved a life then they started to like him
@George Bush- Why were you surprised that the book rhymed?
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
